Validnost namaza obavljenog po hanefijskom mezhebu?


Pitanje: Selam alejkum! Imam jednu nedoumicu što se tiče namaza. Naime, ja, kao i većina Bošnjaka muslimana, pripadam hanefijskom mezhebu, tako da i klanjam po propisima hanefijskog mezheba. Meðutim, u džamiji vidim da tzv. vehabije klanjaju drukčije (npr. kad su na rukuu, oni ponovo zanijete, drže ruke na prsima itd…). Vehabije govore kako oni klanjaju isto kako je klanjao i Božiji poslanik Muhammed, a.s., i da se oni pridržavaju izvornog islama. Pa me sad zanima da li ja klanjam ispravno i da li će moji namazi biti ispravni ako klanjam po hanefijskom mezhebu? Ili su ove razlike zanemarljive i oba načina klanjanja su ispravna? Postoji hadis koji govori o tome da je poslanik Muhammed rekao da će se njegov ummet podijeliti na 73 grupe, te da će samo jedna ući u Džennet. Molim odgovor. Unaprijed zahvalan!!!

 Na samom početku treba kazati da je namaz obavljen po hanefijskom mezhebu validan i ispravan namaz. Hanefijska pravna škola, koja se u velikoj mjeri prakticira na našim prostorima, jedna je od četiri priznate pravne škole.
 
Takoðer, treba da znamo da je pitanje mjesta vezivanja ruku u namazu jedna od pohvalnih stvari – sunnet u namazu, i na bilo kojem mjestu da čovjek sveže ruke u namazu, njegov namaz će biti ispravan. Zato to pitanje ne treba da bude predmetom rasprava, netrpeljivosti meðu muslimanima, klanjačima.
 
Što se tiče ljudi koji vežu ruke u namazu na prsima (kako ih vi oslovljate tzv. vehabije), ne treba da vas zbunjuje ta pojava. Oni u tom pitanju slijede stav nekog drugog islamskog mudžtehida, a ne Ebu Hanifu, Allah da ga nagradi vječitim Džennetom, za čije prakticiranje su spomenuli validne argumente. Npr. tog stava, da se ruke u namazu vezuju na prsima, bili su: Ishak ibn Rahavej, Bejheki, Ševkani, Mubarekfuri, Albani i dr.
 
A što se tiče pitanja dizanja ruku u namazu – nakon povratka sa rukua – da je to sunnet u namazu, to je bio stav većine islamskih učenjaka od kojih su: učenjaci šafijske i hanbelijske pravne škole. Imam Buharija, definitivno najveći poznavatelj hadisa Allahovog Poslanika, napisao je kompletnu studiju o tom pitanju – podizanju ruku u namazu, koju je nazvao “Raful-jedejen’’ (Podizanje ruku), u kojoj je spomenuo da ne postoji niko od ashaba Allahovog Poslanika a da nije dizao ruke u namazu, misli se na dodatna dizanje ruku u namazu, nakon rukua i nakon podizanja sa prvog – trećeg rekata.
 
Hadisi u kojima se spominje da je Allahov Poslanik dizao ruke u namazu su, po mišljenju više hadiskih eksperata, dosegnuli granicu mutevatir hadisa.
 
Na kraju, smatram da je više nego neispravno ljude koji prakticiraju taj sunnet nazivati imenima “vehabije”, dovoljno je da se meðusobno oslovljavamo onako kao nas su nazvali Uzvišeni Allah i Njegov Poslanik – muslimani. A to što neko prakticira jedan sunnet, a neko ga ne prakticira, ne bi trebalo da bude razlogom netrpeljivosti i podjela meðu muslimanima, koji su više nego slabi da bi sebi dozvolili toliki luksuz da se meðusobno cijepaju i dijele.
