Pitanje: Već dugo godina sam bolesna, stopostotni invalid, a od samog roðenja, ustvari, otkada znam za sebe imam, voljom Allaha, dž.š., visoku svijest o vjerskim dužnostima i obavezama. U ovakvom svom stanju i okolnostima naučila sam I arapsko pismo, redovito uzimam Kur’an, iščitavam ga i njegov prijevod te uvijek naučim poneki ajet, suru, poglavlje. Jednostavno, to je moja potreba. Nakon svega toga što znam o svojoj vjeri dini-islamu, nekako mi se čini normalnim pitanjem koje mi se često nameće, a to je da li sam ja dužna obavljati namaz s obzirom da nisam u mogućnosti, zbog prirode svoje bolesti, uzimati abdest, gusul, pa čak ni tejemmum, tj. potpuno sam nepokretna i za sada ne postoji nikakva mogućnost da to činim, jedino da mi neko drugi pomaže u tome, a moja porodica smatra da im je to dodatno opterećenje u hizmetu oko mene i da mi to za sada ne mogu priuštiti. Zato pitam Šerijatski savjet Saffa da li postoji ikakva mogućnost da ja mogu obaviti namaz s tim što ću išaretom obaviti i abdest i tejemmum, da li bi takav namaz bio primljen kod Allaha, dž.š. Tako je i za bolesnike koji nisu u mogućnosti da klanjaju namaz onako kako je propisano, Uzvišeni Allah dao olakšicu da klanjaju namaz onako kako su u mogućnosti. Ovo je i priroda islamskog vjerozakona koji ljudima otklanja svaku poteškoću. Kaže Uzvišeni Allah: ”Allah želi da vam olakša a ne da poteškoća imate”, i “Allah ne opterećuje čovjeka iznad njegovih mogućnosti.” Allahov Poslanik, sallallahu alejhi ve sellem, rekao je: ”Kada vam nešto naredim, učinite to koliko ste u mogućnosti. ”Musliman niti u jednom slučaju ne smije ostaviti namaz kao stub islama, pa makar bio i teško bolestan, jer islam daje rješenje za svaku situaciju. Ako bolesnik nije u stanju da klanja stojeći, klanjat će sjedeći, a ako mu i to pričinjava veliku poteškoću, klanjat će na boku okrenuvši lice prema Kibli. Ovo potvrðuju Poslanikove, sallallahu alejhi ve sellem, riječi, kada ga je Imran ibn Husajn, radijallahu anhu, upitao kako će klanjati kada je bolestan, a on mu je odgovorio: ”Klanjaj stojeći, a ako ne možeš,onda klanjaj sjedeći,pa ako ni to ne možeš, onda na strani.” U Nesainoj predaji ovog hadisa stoji: ”Pa ako ni to ne možeš, onda ležeći, Allah ne opterećuje čovjeka iznad njegovih mogućnosti.” Što se tiče abdesta, on je uvjet za valjanost namaza, osim ako čovjek nije u mogućnosti da ga uzme zbog bolesti i drugih opravdanih razloga. U tvom slučaju, ako nisi nikako u mogućnosti da uzimaš abdest, uzimat ćeš tejemmum zemljom ili zemljanim predmetom. Ako se nikako ne možeš kretati, a nema niko da ti pomogne uzeti abdest ili tejemmum, onda ćeš klanjati i bez abdesta i bez tejemmuma, jer Uzvišeni Allah kaže:”Bojte se Allaha koliko ste u mogućnosti.” Allah, opet, najbolje zna.
