Pitanje: Es-selamu alejkum ve rahmetullahi ve berekatuhu! Šaljem vam ovo pitanje u nadi da ćete mi ovoga puta odgovoriti i osloboditi velike šubhe po ovom pitanju. Pošto sam već slao ovo pitanje (ali nisam dobio odgovor), a dani džume se ponavljaju, veoma me muči što ne znam kako treba postupiti. Naime, u mom mjestu vlada mišljenje da čovjek ukoliko je spriječen da ode na molitvu petkom (što je moj slučaj, jer sam bolestan i gubim ravnotežu) treba da sačeka 45 minuta ili 1 sat da se džuma obavi i da u tom periodu samo ima pravo na zikr. Nakon tog vremena od 45 minuta – 1 sat, i ja imam pravo klanjati namaz. Pošto sam čitao u Buharijinoj zbirci hadisa da je poziv na molitvu petkom (džuma) obaveza za svakog muslimana, bilo žensko ili muško, mlado ili staro, zanima me da li je ovaj propis vjerodostojan? Možda sam pomalo nejasno postavio ovo pitanje u želji da budem što jasniji, ali u Allaha se uzdam da ćete mi odgovoriti na ovo kao i na pitanje o tome da sam ja spriječen da idem na molitvu petkom (džumu). A što se tiče tebe, ako potpadaš pod skupinu ljudi koji nisu obavezni prisustvovati džuma-namzu, ti nisi obavezan čekati dok imam klanja u džematu, već ti je dozvoljeno klanjati podne-namaz onog momenta kada nastupi namasko vrijeme za podne-namaz. Bez obzira da li muslimani, koji klanjaju džuma-namaz, počeli klanjati, završili džuma-namaz ili ne.
Treba napomenuti da je bilo učenjaka koji su kazali da je pohvalno, a ne da je to stroga obaveza, da osobe koje ne prisustvuju džuma-namazu iz opravdanog razloga, odgode klanjanje podne-namaza do vremena kada imam završi džuma-namaz, iz razloga ako se desi da razlog zbog kojeg su odsustvovali sa džume prestane, a nakon toga im bude obaveza da se odazovu džuma-namazu.

Napomena: čovjeku koji ne prisustvuje džuma-namazu u džematu, nije dozvoljeno, po konsenzusu učenjaka, da klanja džumu sam, već će klanjati podne-namaz. A Allah najbolje zna.
