Postoji stara izreka o navikama kao stvarima koje redovno obavljamo u svakodnevnom životu: „Prvo mi pravimo navike, a onda navike oblikuju nas“. Navike ostavljaju različite utiske na naš život i veze. U nastavku vam nudimo nekoliko jednostavnih smjernica kako da osvježite svakodnevni život, a u isto vrijeme da postanete bolja osoba i musliman/ka.

1. Učenje Kur’ana

Kao muslimani, mi redovno učimo Kur’an, Međutim, učenje trebamo  razviti kao jutarnji ritual prije obavljanja drugih obaveza. Ukoliko to budemo radili svakodnevno, primjetit ćemo da će nam svaki dan biti bolji od prethodnog.

2. Spavanje

Spavanje je svakodnevni dio naše dnevne rutine. Proučavanja potvrđuju da je optimalno spavanje od 6 do 7 sati dnevno. Nesmetan i kvalitetan san nam svakodnevno povećava energiju i poboljšava raspoloženje. Napravite sebi naviku dajući signal mozgu za vrijeme zalaska Sunca da ćete ići na spavanje u 22 ili 23 sata. Odložite svu tehnologiju pola sata prije vremena za spavanje.

3. Vježbanje

Vježbanje dva puta dnevno je najbolji način na koji možete povećati nivo energije. Čak i samo hodanje pola sata dnevno je dobar način da izbjegnete mnogobrojne bolesti i ne dozvolite povećanje tjelesne težine. Također, vježbanje je dobro i za povećanje samopouzdanja i dokazan je lijek za neke oblike depresije.

4. Redovna hidratacija

Nemojte čekati da ožednite da biste se napili vode. Pijte vodu i prije nego dođe potreba i pijte u malim količinama da biste izbjegli nadutost.

5. Ne preskakati doručak

Doručak je najvažniji obrok u danu za zadržavanje nivoa energije konstantnim u toku dana. Naravno, govorimo  o zdravom doručku, poput zobenih pahuljica i kaše koji bi trebali biti obavezni dio svakodnevnog doručka.

6. Zdrava ishrana

Potrebno je da uključite što možete više voća i povrća u svakodnevnu ishranu. Ne samo da će vas voće i povrće najesti i smanjiti potrebu da više jedete, nego će vam obezbijediti neophodne vitamine i održati vam tjelesnu težinu. Preporučujemo smanjenje konzumacije mesa na jednom sedmično.

7. Rano večerati

Trebate večerati barem dva sata prije spavanja, i to lagane namirnice, jer će vam to omogućiti tijelu da sve provari prije spavanja, spriječavajući krvni pritisak.

8. Budite pozitivni

Pokušajte biti osoba koja će svaku situaciju prihvatiti sa: „Kakva prilika!“, umjesto „Kakav problem!“. Svaka osoba ima poteškoće, ali ko ih dočeka sa osmijehom će biti pobjednik na kraju. Svakodnevno brojite blagodati, to će vas gurati naprijed.

9. Sjetite se svojih ciljeva

Posljednje, ali ne manje važno – postoje situacije u kojima nam se poremete navike, ali su najbolje one osobe koje se brže vrate ostvarenju svojih ciljeva.

Želimo vam dobro zdravlje, jer bez ove osnove ne možemo uživati u blagodatima života.
