Vidim da je kod nas a i u skoro čitavom svijetu se pojavila praksa bajramskih paketića-iako svi tj. većina, i oni od nas koji su na ispravnom putu to praktikuju. Moj lični trenutni stav jeste da je to slijeđenje nevjernika, jer su oni prvi to počeli praktikovati, a mi preuzeli od njih- koliko je meni poznato. A poznat mi je i hadis vjerodostojan koji kaže: „Zaista ćete ih slijediti stopu po stopu tako da kada bi oni ušli u gušterovu jazbinu i vi biste za njima, pa su ashabi upitali ‘je li jevreji i kršćani-pa ko drugi’“, odgovori Poslanik, a.s. Odgovor: Što se tiče Bajrama – to su naša dva propisana islamska praznika, specifična po jelu, piću i veselju u tim danima, a nije nam posebno određeno šta i kako jesti, piti ili se veseliti. Sve što je u osnovi halal za jelo, piće i veselje/radost – dozvoljeno je u tim danima praktikovati.

Allahov Poslanik, s.a.w.s., je dijelio i primao poklone, i isto je bila praksa selefa. Nema ničeg spornog u tome da međusobno, a posebno djeci, a pogotovu djeci siromašnoj, izbjegloj i ratovima unesrećenoj itd., poklonimo poklon-hediju na dan Bajrama ili nekim drugim, šeri’atski ispravnim, povodom.

Dijeljenje hedija i poklona na bajramima nije praksa kršćana i jevreja, niti su muslimani to od njih preuzeli – kako ste u početku pitanja konstatovali. Oni dijele poklone za svoje kršćanske i ine praznike, a na bajramima ih ne dijele. Samo dijeljenje poklona nama je vjerom dozvoljeno i propisano djelo – a zabranjeno nam je da dijelimo poklone na praznicima koji nisu islamski, koji su specifični za druge vjere i religije poput Božića itd. Dakle, vaša briga za Sunnetom Poslanika, s.a.w.s., i strah od novotarija i oponašanja nevjernika je pozitivna stvar, ali pogrešno ste protumačili hadise koje ste citirali, i oni se ne odnose na ovo što ste iz njih razumjeli, a Allah, dž.š., najbolje zna.
